Michelle M. Urbistondo, Esq.
Michelle Urbistondo, Esq. received her Bachelor of Arts with honors from Florida International University and her JD with honors from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2010.
She was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2011. Prior to the founding of Beachfront Title Attorneys, Michelle was the managing partner of Sutton Law Group. She has practiced in the areas of real estate litigation, foreclosure defense, landlord tenant, title insurance claims, as well as business organizations and formation. She has previously practiced in the areas of community association law, business law, estate planning and probate, and general practice so that she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the current real estate practice.
In addition to her legal work in residential and commercial real estate transactions, Michelle is also a licensed real estate broker and Mortgage Loan Originator.
She has been married to her husband, Mikel, since 2013 and they have two children.

With multiple years of management and lender/banking experience, Stephan brings a necessary lender's perspective to our Real Estate practice. Stephan understands the importance of client confidence and adheres to the highest ethical standards.
Stephan has been married to his lovely wife, Marlene, since 2021 and they share an adorable Yorky pup, Sadie.
